REFERALS CLERK

The Referral Clerk has the responsibility to refer patients to appropriate referring provider according to insurance and/or third party payer. They are also responsible to maintain the most current referral provider contracts list.  Scheduling and informing the patient of the referral appointment will be the sole responsibility of the referral coordinator.
