DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

The Director of Human Resources reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall day-to-day functions of Human Resources at all LCH locations.  The Director oversees the designing, planning, administering, directing, and implementation of human resource programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures. This position will also provide guidance to the entire organization regarding federal, state, and local regulations. The Director originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives to facilitate an employee-oriented, high performance culture.
